Please try ashwagandha. Ik it’s cope for gymcelling and testosterone but it actually improves sleep and helped me finally go from sleeping 3-6 hours to 8-9 and cured my short term insomnia. Atleast give it a try, but if you are prone to acne then don’t take much bc it wilm turm your chin and forehead into pepperoni pizza at first when it enters your system.

The magnesium? yes i did 4 capsules 1 hour before bed. Made me a bit more sleepy but i didn’t found it so helpful for keeping me in sleep. but i helped a little i would say worth the money

When I stopped taking it my anxiety spiked spiked so badly

It made me way lower inhib
