To people with thin necks who train it for 3+ month, whats your take on it?

I trained it natty for like 6 month and saw no result and now I trained it enhanced since December and saw barely any gains, my neck to bigonial went from 83% to 85-86%, I think it's kinda cope

its not cope as well as forearms and thumbs just look at roger c on yt

@Jonas2k7 I also saw you doing 40kg on neck curls, how do you even hold so much weight? I can't PO it past 25kg cause it's the biggest plate my gym has it's impossible to hold more than that cause that plate is already extremely thick

Gonna look that up but I bet he just uses selfie unflexed vs flexed non distorted pics(literally all the neck training before and afters are like that), also have you read the OP?

nah he doesnt fraud he really became monstrous and disturbing from a literal twink with lanky bone structure

Yeah but there is really not a single pic where it's clearly unflexed, Jeff Nippard and AlphaDestiny brag about their neck transformations a lot yet both have bad ones where it's clearly unflexed and they just flex it in most of the pics

KHAN. use dumbbels, just saw some ogre doing a neck curls with 50 kg with them on my gym.

this guy is like a trainer or smth, he is high t 5'6-5'7 dagestani/chechen looking, and i saw him fighting on some tier 2 MMA, i think he knows what to do.

Mine went way to big after doing 3 sets of 30 reps around 8rir. Every other day. Just using the neck harness.

Neck to bigonial in the beginning and now?
 
Neck proportions are almost the same as forearm proportions in terms of muscle building there mostly genetic some people don’t directly train forearms and have bigger forearms then people who consistently train them it’s kinda cope only train it on gear

I just be stacking the plates on top of each other OP, if that's your question. It's pretty hard to hold the plates together in that position, so I aim for low reps.

Also I made a lot of neck gains when natty and when enhanced, it doesn't matter. Obviously there are a ton of ARs in the neck, but if you just PO and train it for 1-2 years consistently you can reach a decent neck to bigonial ratio.

So no, it isn't cope.

IG you have really big hands cause it's legit ldar to hold anything with the 25kg plate

Get a neck harness, it's a game changer. Holding a plate on your head is extremely goofy
