PSL 8 will look PSL 7. PSL 6 will look PSL 5. So on. With Chad it won't matter as much. For sub 6 PSL males, it matters a shit ton.

obviously the second one is edited and frauded but i guess the moral is to not judge urself on how bad you look in a distorted selfie because people who look much better than you irl look shit in distorted selfies too

JFL true. I have calculated my fwhr from lens distorted selfies and the difference was insane. A full .1 difference from 25mm and 50mm.

yeah my fwhr is like 1.5 - 1.7 in selfies (depending on the distance) and like 2.0 - 2.1 in pics from 1-2 metres away

Yeah I'm not saying like "PSL 5 is actually PSL 8" or anything, but I am saying it is very a significant drop off for a PSL 5-5.25 like me to be dropped down to PSL 4.5-4.75. Especially considering it worsens my already long midface and upper eyelid exposure.
