You are not mewing nearly hard enough.
Mewing working in theory is water, but if you aren’t a little kid, you need to actually apply a substantial force, otherwise you are literally coping.
You need to press so hard that your lateral pgyteroid, masseter, and temporalis muscle all engage (yes, your masseter muscle will engage without your teeth even touching!).
If your head is in proper posture, after a few seconds you will legit feel your zygos, maxilla/palate, nasion, and frontal bone all get sore/have a feeling of pressure on them.
After a couple days of doing this after discovering how, my skull has been sore upon waking to the point where it is hard to move my mouth or face muscles for ~15 minutes.
You must feel the highlighted muscle activate and you MUST do this 24/7 when not hard chewing or talking.
This is also how Salludon ascended, but you need a harmonious base such as his to get that far with this technique.
That is all. Feel free to debate this, but fist I urge you to try the movement yourself and feel the effects on your skull bones.
TL;DR: mew HARDER
