Nothing you are doing, and nothing you can do, can fix your recessed maxilla

Mine is also recessed, I've tried and researched every method in the book, its surgery or nothing.

theres some animal studies they believe

copeandrope made this guide a while back, included a study in it

adult monkeys with closed sutures got growth through facepulling

what that fucking dumbass didnt mention was that they had palate expanders

so youre probably getting zero growth at home, unless you expand your palate
