To what degree can canthal tilt be fixed via hardmaxxing?

I’ve looked into the basics of eyemaxxing (canthoplasty, lateral cantho, canthoplexy, blepharopasty, etc) but most of the results I see on the web are either good or very mild. To what degree can eye tilt be changed?



Example of my current eyes (ignore the NCT, it’s just my eyelashes pushing it down, I have neutral tilt.)

Would this eye morph be attainable or no?
