For example, if you’re solidly MTN, with good ratios, but just recessed, would advancements like LFT2, Trimax, and implants, be able to ascend you and look “natural”
To further illustrate what I mean:
Is this a realistic hardmax transformation?
Often times surgery looks uncanny,
Because you’ll have super recessed subhumans with bug eyes who get 30mm advancements along with 10 different custom implants and they just look like a roblox character with crazy before and afters.
but like I said, if your only failos are caused by recession (nasolabial folds, dorsal bump on nose)
Or are themselves the recession in the first place (recessed chin, recessed infras)
But you otherwise have good ratios, eye area, spacing, etc, would advancement surgeries ascend you a great deal?
Like potentially from LTN to Chad, like I displayed in the photos above?
