I didnt say you cant be gl with small wrists but I mean bone density like shoulders and sometimes chin can get indicated by the wrist. Obviosuly a boneless guy like chico looks good even with no wrists

Tbh a lot of boxers and pro wrestlers have small wrists but still have good broad shoulders and big forearms relative to wrist size. Plus, you can always wear wristbands or tat up if you wanna mask it even after training
