111 hours fasted - just 13 to go. Gonna breakfast wih something easily digestable that doesn't spike insulin that much. Vegetable juice, eggs, steamed vegetables, something like that. Then an hour later I'll allow for a bigger meal with fats and protein. Some meat perhaps. Looking forward to it like it's my birthday or sumfin. Everything's gonna taste so good! All that extra energy... God, I'll probably feel like an advanced species.

5 day fasts are great for health and leanmaxxing. Once a year is a good number to shoot for and maybe some shorter fasts once or twice a month.

I did 2-3 days fast like 5 times this year
But It has to come naturally
