Try 16/8 intermittent fasting and eating only when you‘re hungry until satiety. Very sustainable imo

8 hours is too long of an eating window still really. For a lardass like OP id recommend at least 20/4

I'm doing weightbody workouts and i have tennis classes, it only adds guilt when i eat trash food

Not eating for an extended period of time reduces appetite and it‘s the way I naturally eat. If you sleep for 8-10 hours, it isn‘t hard at all. Just skip breakfast and lunch. The most important part is to stop eating for other reasons than actually being hungry and to stop once you‘re satiated (not necessarily full). If food is your cope, I have bad news for you

Get rid of any foods that you're addicted to such as whatever the fuck you're eating there. Don't drink anything other than water, if you can't do that try ice tea since it has essentially 0 calories.
You could try intermittent fasting but it has never worked for me, just made me have no energy and then feel like shit when I finally ate.
