In the movie that's not him, it's a mask put on a other guy so maybe that's makeup to make the "mask" less perfect. Find another pic of him in that angle from a different movie to confirm, or from the same movie but before that scene.

Another thing I'd like to add is this misconception that your lower face is all genetic. Genetics set the potential for your lower faces development, but much of it is environmental. Chewing hard food does help as you need good masseters to encourage forward growth of your mandible and maxilla. You also can't afford to have mouth breathed throughout puberty (8-15) and adolesence (16-25) for reasons I'm sure you know. Tongue posture and lips sealed helps. These are all integral. The upper face is more genetic but also impacted on by the maxillas development.

This is why you have good looking couples coming out with kids growing up to being average looking and average looking couples coming out with kids growing up to being kinda good looking.

You may not want to believe this as it could fall under the stupid incel umbrella of cope, but it is what it is. This fatalist obsessional view that you are born to grow to be average or ugly is not concrete and there are many nuances and grey areas.
