I will go on a 24 hour fast only drinking some water and a little bit of protein
 
And? 24h fast is nothing. Also not sure why you want to add protein, that's not fasting.

I don’t need to go a week long fast since I’m not incredibly fat.

Are you on a cut? If not then 1 day fasts wont change much. It's just a good maintenance tool.

I’m trying to cut yes
If you can handle stress pretty well (I cant and my metabolism is basically destroyed at this point), then try 24h first and next week jump on 72h. Should be easy if you take electrolytes.

Also its best if you go low carb or cut out carbs completely before prolonged fasts. Keto flue wont hit you THAT hard.

I don’t want to fuck up my metabolism and T so I don’t to fast for that long tho
