Tongue in rest position

Where do u guys rest your tongue at rest position? Mine touches my back-front teeth alligned with my palate. Is that normal/dangerous? Should it touch it? Or should it rest just behind your front teeth, mine legit touches my front teeth, im fking worried.
I have a big tongue btw
Another question: can tongue posture affects cognitive function,reasoning,etc
I swear when im putting my tongue behind my teeth I feel 30 IQ points smarter. Probably placebo right?
