Turing 16 soon I am tongue thrusting because of it and have over bite should I cut it or is it too late my maxilla is also recessed since I had horrible tongue posture all of puberty will it change anything if cut

go to an orthodontist to get it cut. U having an overbite is the result of the tongue tie,
