Tongue too wide for palate

My tongue is too big for my mouth. I mouth breathed my whole life cuz allergies as a kid and then deviated septum. I'm not that recessed somehow but my tongue is really wide and too big for my mouth.

My question is that if I would of mewed my whole life, would my face be as wide or wider than my tongue?

You may only need 5mm and then not need msdo
But even msdo and mse max will cost £4000
