Actually 3 vivid dreams (thanks zinc and broccoli BTW)

I dreamt of dancing with a 14 years old Swedish Stacey at a local party, felt really good.
I swear she didn't look 14 fbi, she told me afterwards not my fault.

The other 2 dreams were weird as fuck, but I can't recall them rn tbh

You don't need much. First dreams I had with 30mg optizinc, whose 6.2mg are absorbed.
I am now taking 50mg picolinate every other day, but I don't think it makes a difference.

Keep in mind after taking zinc for a week I had stopped dreaming again, until I started eating 160/250g raw broccoli a day
