I was at a party with my crush.

For some reason she had a mustache, but I liked her anyway.

During that dream I squinted looking at her, and she smiled and squinted back to me, making silly faces.

My dog woke me up at this point, he started barking,I wish he didn't do that

I had like 4 dreams tonight.

Also eating broccoli makes them vividier

I took lots of multivitamins today aswell as my other supps I'd estimate I got like 47 mg of zinc is that enough?

I take 6.2 elemental one day and 50mg picolinate the other day

For a period with zinc only I stopped having dreams (after like a month of use).
I then started eating half a broccoli and they came back.

Before starting to take zinc I hadn't had a dream for years
