I work at a doctors office scheduling patients and answering patients phone calls but it’s too hard. I am not good at talking so my boss scolded me for “not having a customer service voice” and for not having an expressive tone when talking.

I can’t help it.

also, my job is just too confusing and gives me a headache. Might quit again. I always quit jobs when they’re too hard for me. I am weak.

You may be on the autism spectrum or have severely stunted social skills if its difficult to hold a conversation on the phone and with people in general.

The job market is in absolute shit atm and will get worse so I recommend you keep your job. Unless you have wealthy parents to support you.

If you do have autism speak to your boss that this is your case and they will be more forgiving.
