I remember once I was walking down the street just minding my own business and I hear some dog barking/growling. I look over across the road and see some massive Rottweiler looking in my direction standing on its hind legs and trying to lunge forwards as some 5'2 thot in gym gear nervously giggles as she has to lean back with her bodyweight to hold back her mutt.
Will never forget that incident and the looksminning I could have undergone had she lost her grip.
The criminal charges these retards face when their dogs actually do end up harming someone are a complete joke. These idiots need to prosecuted as if they themselves committed the crime of assaulting/maiming/killing someone. Civil courts also need to jack up the awards they give.
