Took 80mg Lasix (furosemide) today and absolutely nothing happened.

I took two 40mg pills of Lasix/Furosemide today (a loop diuretic) 3 hours apart.

I barely pissed after either pill, therefore I am still bloated and did not lose any water weight today (I actually gained two pounds from morning to evening.)

Obviously I am resistant to the medication, what should I do? Try another type of diuretic? I really want to be able to debloat on demand.

Could be just non responsive to the specific drug, could have not drank much to begin with and just fat, sometimes it takes a few days to see an effect and not just one (water held intracellularly takes longer to flush out)

i cant really help with this, i have overactive kidneys so i piss too much anyways and am basically always dehydrated so dont know much on this topic. look for other diuretics or maybe you might not be that bloated and could just have some excess fat? no clue mate

3 hours isn't enough. The diuretics I've taken take like 6 hours to really start making you piss and up to 12 hours for peak effect tbh
