my guide doesn't have an indicator for how much growth is left, and to be honest it's pretty hard to estimate it

but for a 16 year old your plates are very open, over 3-4cm if I had to guess but that's a very blind guess.

thx so much. im going to take ai to reduce my e2 to 10-15 pg/mL range. 5 centimeters is enough for me.

what do you think about the distribution of bone ages unequal to chronological ages? like, shouldn't most people have a bone age equal to their actual age and then there are people (less in number) who have differing ages?

so a bone age of 16, regardless of chronological age, would always result in same amt. of growth remaining?

@Orka sorry for disturbing but i wanna ask u smth. with ai and this x-ray can i reach 6'0? my dad is 5'11 my mom is 5'7 my uncles from moms side are 6'4-6'6 my uncles from my dads side are 6'0~ but im still 5'10. i still dont have facial hair except some fine mustache even tho my dad and uncles are hairy.

if we're speaking in developmental terms then your bone age takes priority over chronological age, but a bone age of 16 in 2 different people doesn't represent the same amount of growth

genes and habits have a major role in this which is why I didn't add a part about how much growth is left

if op added his parents height then it'd help estimate the amount remaining

and to be honest I haven't checked on the correlation, that's a good point, let me finish cleaning and I'll get back to you if I remember!

you will get close to 6'0, your plates seem decently open and 1 inch of growth is almost guaranteed.

usually boys outgrow their fathers, at least from what I've seen, so just make sure your diet is perfect and then we'll see

i mean i was a a late bloomer and my moms side are all late bloomers too and theyre tall af. my dad and his brothers were not late bloomers. it makes me sad to be shorter than my grandfathers, father uncles. im the shortest in the entire family and still im ok for 6'0.
