Tooth extractions ruined my face

I had 8 teeth extracted, 4 premolar when I was very young and 4 wisdom at 17(now 21), I've noticed the edges of my lower face jaw area used to come down straight , now they cave in, I am worried this will continue to get worse and worse as time goes on, and wondering what I can do?, they did not bone graft, and my dentists in my area think im autistic when I mention any of this...

best option is a bimax

it does the opposite of what retractions do and can rotate your occlusal plane because its likely your jaws melted downward

i met with a surgeon in my area and he said i could benefit from double jaw surgery+genio, i explained i have short face syndrome and i agree i could benefit from that and he agreed, but i still had 8 teeth extracted so im thinking my jaw will like deuterate overtime because of that and idk if i need tooth implants or bone graft or what man this is stressful

Most of bone loss (due to the extractions) is done now anyway, bimax is your only way out and you could probably gains 1 PSL if it's correctly done.

Bimax will repair the damage of the extractions, if you want an even better jaw after that you can do implants or fillers.
MSE could also increase your palate width (which is fucked because of extractions) and will also increase bizygomatic, give you wider lips, wider smile (big halo irl) etc..
