I wonder if this study took into consideration age, for example being standardized on 18-33yo males only and not counting older, because if it did then the African and Middle Eastern would be on top simply from having the youngest populations on earth.

Despite all of this tho, it is interesting Mongolia is at first, their diet is shit ton of diary and sugar, animal fat, bread and some meat on occasions, very pro metabolic so water. Vegans on death watch
