Singapore is peak quality of life, legit safe as hell, and public transport is S tier, you don’t get taxed like a dog, and happiness is extremely high.

Plus the jobs in SG actually pay a lot, very competitive, more so than Hong Kong.

Singapore, I know is much cleaner than HK, but it lacks substance just feels like an artificial place with shopping malls and skyscrapers. And can’t stand the shitty weather and the woman who aren’t as attractive, plus the accent. I work in HK, and salaries are a little better than Singapore too, at least in PE/HF. But yeah HK has definitely declined too, in terms of fun.

Have you been to Macau? Honestly nothing much going on there, feels like you’re in a normal Chinese city. It’s decent but definitely not top 3 for partying. In Japan I’d say Fukuoka and Osaka or even Sapporo are the places to go for fun, Tokyo is only for first timers. Also Taipei is kinda underrated, you can definitely have a good lifestyle/fun out there.

Singapore’s weather is good though, often rains and a lot of sun, yeah it gets too hot every now and then but you got the every building in the city on Perma-AC, but hmm, I guess personal preference.
