Top 3 energy drink brands and what's yours

Number 1 probably monster, its a boring one to pick but it has a lot of flavors and itz good, and they got some good new ones too

Number 2 I'd put ghost prolly, all their flavors taste real great, bit less flavors though

Number 3 red bull its real good and they kinda got their own taste so its extra good when your bored of an energy drink or something and you want that kinda chemical taste the only bad thing is the zero sugar ones aren't as good still pretty decent though

hm gfuel the flavors aren't as good but most have 300mg caffeine instead of 200 which is cool

if you need caffine just get caffine pills from walmart or cvs, its 5 bucks for 50 pills (200mg ea)

But if you need cheap energy drinks just go to Dollar Tree, you can get them for 1$ each

It was Red Bull and Celsius but that shit jacks up your cortisol and is a looksmin, it was giving me this legit scary look in my eyes, stopped altogether.

They were giving me bloodshot sclera and this really intense hyperfocused look. And also fucking with my digestive system. But I stopped the energy drinks and started L-theanine and magnesium glycinate (which lower cortisol) and now I feel and look much better.
