I haven't watched the top 4 but Monster was great.
My list of favorites is Neon Genesis Evangelion, Cowboy Bebop, Black Lagoon, Monster, Psycho-pass, Berserk, Castlevania, Ghost in the Shell, Attack on Titan, and Devilman Crybaby in no particular order.

I liked season 3 more than season1 to say the least

My favourite is Attack on Titan, spot on with the OST
HxH was also neat because of Hisoka and Zeno (aswell as Netero)
Drifters was nice
Cautious Hero too, but as all other animes it was edgy too
FMA and FMAB was nice but sometimes cringe, obviously thought for the younger audience
One Punchman, but not out of admiration but as entertainment
