Not Like All Day but 60% of my time that im am Not in school. Its a Great combo with Walking.
Try to go for a walk without music or any kind of Dopamine max. For me when i constantly listen to music i cabt think clearly bc i always got wome Song in my head.

Yes also noticed that its not good for my dopamine receptors. Sometimes I Turn it Off to relax. I think more clear with music.
