None of these falios are really correctable or fixable with surgery. If you have more than 3 of them, you are completely fucked.

it's the angle in which the eyesockets are inserted on the skull, it can cause NCT.

Pretty much all failos are difficult to fix without the possibility of making you look worse. There are dudes on here who fixed a bad lower third and ended up uglier due to harmony
