Shouldn't be any filler migration at all for chin and jaw if it's injected correctly on top of the bone. The only case of filler migration I've seen has been related to under eye fillers.

Actually hyaluronic acid based fillers binds with your collagen and elastic. This makes it so they basically are secured in place, thus no migration.

Fat based are the ones you have to worry about.

Yeah I totally agree, ppl rlly do underestimate them or simply disregard them by claiming migration. From my understanding migration rlly only happens in areas like lips and under eyes if overfilled. But true, they’re pricey af for upkeep.

Overall, I think she's done a good job. If I had to give one critique, it would be that she's made his bigonial width a touch too wide in comparison to the rest of his face. It starts to give a dreaded triangle face-shape, instead of a square face-shape. I think he could've benefited from lipolysis contouring of his submental fat area to make his mandible look more prominent, naturally, instead of pumping that many syringes of product in order to create the illusion of a chiseled jaw-bone.

PS. Filler can spread. This is dependent on anatomy and injection technique. Hyaluronic acid is typically injected under the dermis, under the fat pad, under muscle, onto bone. Regions of the face that lack this, such as the under-eyes and the vermilion border of the lips, can result in filler migration. A lot of the other areas of the face, due to their anatomical functions, typically refrain from filler migration.

PPS. Who cares if filler is a 'cope'? Do what makes you happy.
