don't worry about it. most of it is straight fear mongering. Focusing on hitting your macros and micro nutrience through basic whole foods. so steaks, chicken, fruits, dairy. I promise having some seed oils, sugars, ect aren't going to have an effect so long as your emphasizing the prior.
