You shouldn't eat anything else apart from eggs, meat, dairy products and fruits

All the goyslop, chips, sweets, energy drinks etc are a looksmin and will fuck with your hormones, your skin and your development (if ur a pubertycel)

avoid everything except raw BBC for best results as it is low cal high protein

don't worry about it. most of it is straight fear mongering. Focusing on hitting your macros and micro nutrience through basic whole foods. so steaks, chicken, fruits, dairy. I promise having some seed oils, sugars, ect aren't going to have an effect so long as your emphasizing the prior. Don't kill yourself cause you had a burger, just make sure your keeping it to a limit. skip the raw carnivore, or full vegan bs as well. anytime you see a food labeled as toxic, it's overwhelmingly false.

Focus on eating red meat, veggies, fruits, and bread here and there.

This is the best diet for health.

i agree that you should eat this stuff but none of the "bad" shit will fuck up your hormones and developement if u don´t eat it all time. black pill propaganda. i have nice hollow cheeks and im 6,3 ft and i ate so much of thi shit everyday jfl
