Yes technically but reason why we apply it on the dick is because of the androgen receptors
If your not gonna apply it their why even bother just inject test with ai cause if your using it on your face its gonna be ansorbed normaly and would have no effects its like i injected someone left shoulder with test do you think his left shoulder is gonna be bigger than the right one of course not
