I know that Cytokines improve skin elasticity and since acetylcholine has cytokine-like behavior it will probably lead to similar skin elasticity benefits. Im not sure if it improves under eye's in particular but it could be legit for wrinkles and youthful-skin.

I used Pericore under eyes serum (or something it ws called). 15ml for a brutal price of like 60 USD.@eduardkoopman tried it and said he got very minimal improvements

It are both substances that plump up the skin a bit.
I used it for battling dark circles. The results were limited imo. Some but not much results. But still some results. But I would next time buy straight up dmae than, not periCOPE
