If you aren’t a gymcel and don’t care about muscle recovery I would recommend topical GHK-Cu rather than injectable. Although it takes longer to work at the end of the day it works. It’s great for wrinkles, acne scars, acne, elasticity, and overall safer/easier for beginners. Many people include micro needling to help it get deeper into the skin to have better effects. I bought the Skin Biology (Dr. Pickart’s GHK-Cu brand AKA the “inventor”) Super GHK Copper 15mL serum.

I have thought long about either injection or topical and because i'm kind of a bitch I guess it will be topical, but don't you have to buy the ingredients and reconstitute it? I would do that as your shit is pretty expensive and us based so nothing for eurocucks like myself.

I'm thinking microneedling with stamp ~1-2 times a month+ hyaluronic acid + topical ghk cu and potential use of some retinoids later on, but then you don't want to go overboard with all the skincare shit, I will check with my dermatologist.
