should work locally (where applied) to boost collagen in the skin
injectable has more of a full-body effect from the inside (but skin too)

but if you only want it for face skin health, from what I've gathered - it's OP

but havent found a good one yet and i feel like the 1% stuff is pure cope
chatgpt says this:

Recommended GHK-Cu Concentration (Topical):

  • 0.5% (5 mg/mL) = effective and safe; proven in clinical studies to improve skin thickness, elasticity, and appearance
  • 1% (10 mg/mL) = high-end concentration, likely to deliver the strongest topical effects possible before diminishing returns or irritation risks

Notes:

  • Most commercial creams contain 0.05–0.1%, which is mild and more for maintenance
  • Studies showed 0.5% GHK-Cu reversed aging markers in human skin
  • Over 1% may increase irritation without added benefit

so if its true, then 1% should be enough

is topical or injectable better. and would it help with my dry skin
injectable is much better. And I don’t think it has any significant effect on dry skin, just use moisturizer.

see look, i have had a pretty clean healthy diet for years now, but my body skin can be so cracked, mainly arms and legs and upper back. I apply moisturiser but i cant be asked to put it on everywhere after every shower.

What do you think?

Just put it every morning and night after you shower, I would suggest you to get a moisturizer mixed with SPF.

It’s literally shouldn’t take more than 2 minutes to apply moisturizer bruh

anything that might stop it, without temporary solutions like moisturiser

Moisturizer can be permanent solution, you just need to apply it two times a day for a few weeks and it will do its effect.

things that usually make your skin dry are hot water exposure (just shower in cold-mid temperatures), your foams/serums/ cleansers that you use etc.
