I've been putting it on my eyebrows and its drying out the skin right below it. I just want to make sure its not raping my orbital fat. am I chilling?

I kinda have the same thing. Think it’s fine tbh

Minox doesn’t affect orbital fat however it does have some effects on the appearance. Reccomend using foam version of the topical, I myself am facing some of the side effects my eye area look shit now
