Topical minoxidil

Can I use topical minoxidil on my lashes to grow them, Ive been told that I shouldn't be using it on my eye lashes cause it can get in your eyes and start to burn, but that isn't telling me wether or not it will grow my lashes or not, if any on here has tried topical minoxidil for their lashes tell me

Heard some people say that even applying it to your eyebrows only, will also grow your lashes, as some of the minoxidil effects spread.
But i don’t know if that’s true, i guess i’ll find out.

In my country I cant get latisse, and I need a good medical reason to get oral minoxidil, problem is im 15. Im gonna have to apply topical mino I have no other choice, glad it works on lashes too, thanks
