Topical monoxdil causing dark circles under eyes

Does this actually happen? My infra are already sort of bad but if I apply minoxidil on eyebrows will there be any bad side effects like this

there is you can apply a thin layer of vaseline around the eyes. This will reduce the systemic absorption. Mark as solution.
