Been going to sleep at 4-5am recently because I can't sleep for shit. I just don't feel tired, get addicted to my laptop etc

So I didn't sleep last night, doing an all nighter to try sleep at like 11pm like a normal person

But it's fucking hard man. I feel so tired. I just want to sleep.

take copium amounts of melatonin and work out hard it should help a lot
