recently, i found a friend going through their own looksmaxxing journey. he'd started orthodontic treatment (from my advice actually) and lost ridiculous amounts of weight over the past 3 years. from my knowledge he's been on a few peptides and steroids as well.
it was when his ex broke up with him that he really wanted to improve himself that he did this. i'm extremely proud of his commitment and the fact he took my advice seriously as to improve his life. however, what i found most interesting was the dramatic change in his body.
he was 18 when he started and had a correlated bone age (what i could see). but his entire frame/cranial structure has morphed spanned across these 3 years. he was pretty recessed and had crowding in his teeth which now turned out to have a well projected face with good dental health. his shoulders, hands, proportions, have all gotten more elongated. he's gotten i think a bit taller than me at this point, which is over a 18.5cm height difference from his highschool years. he also lowered his body fat substantially and his health has been optimal from what i could see.
i'm genuinely curious as how these changes occured just so dramatically. is it the spike in both body and cranial development that triggered such effects that people wouldn't see usually? my current hypothesis is that the weight loss might've altered his morphogenisis. i've honestly just been super curious about this, and i thought it would've been interesting to bring to the forum.
