Also added to the fact you don't necessarily need a full facial implant as long you get super bimax that should tear open your hyoid bone from their i suggest ramus implants and for myself since i lack a zygos and orbital i need implants for that i also need fillers for under eye tbqh.I have black eye marks beneath.But you only need like 2 or 3 you don't necessarily need a full facial implant.
