About 61.9 or 62 mm, my ES ratio is 0.44, my eyes are a bit close set and my philtrum is also short, so i can’t improve this ratio, only with OBO which I won’t ever have or probably MSE, it’s over for my midface

Your midface is noticeably more compact than toth’s. actually measure it properly using a program or ask someone here to measure it

I agree my midface is more compact his actual ratio is probably <0.8

I have measured properly no one believes me that I have a long midface, I can't convince anyone

chewing is supposed to increase ipd, is your palate narrow?
