Touched grass today

All day long I spent getting outside and hanging with some of my family, taking walks and all that NT stuff.

First time I had a decent day in a long time, I don't feel too depressed right now.

I even got to sunlightmaxx which I haven't done in a while either. being outside all day and not acting like a complete autist since before summer began.

Felt great, we should all go outside more
