today I had christmas meal with family and i have pretty good zygos and I dont want anyone touching them and the entire family came up and hugged and kissed me and touchedy my zygos and grab them so hard and now they look defored, flat, small, less curved, etc how do I recover this and how do I stop them from touching my face help plz
