Soy fed chicken eggs (they can still say it's organic - must say corn/soy free)

Salt

Pepper - a caustic substance that burns tissue

Maple Syrup - a cooked food... eat raw unhearted honey instead.


I'm making this thread because I've been downing organic pasture raised eggs that we're probably fed soy and it's caused a rash on my thigh. Also had beef fajita raw but it was seasoned with pepper and eating 2 lbs of it caused my skin to burn in some spots.

What about cookies but not the full chocolate ones just the ones with chocolate chips? It's full of antioxidants so should be good right

That's not raw chocolate. That's pasteurized milk chocolate processed with alkali. Even raw chocolate has caffeine which causes bone deformities and theobromine which is a semiconductor for heavy metals.

Cookies are toxic because they're made with cooked starch. Cooked starch in my experience destroys the mucus lining. It contains gluten which causes leaky gut and prevents absorption of ingredients.

Cooked starch is a double whammy. Starch in itself will causes 90% AGE (Advanced Glycation Endproduct storage) and cooked foods cause 90% AGE storage as well.

You can eat chocolate in small amount so as long as it's raw. But cooked starch is a no no. Cooked starch will prevent your from detoxing which means no eye color lightening that you'd otherwise get from a complete 100% raw diet.

nigga its simply just realise nothing is actually good for the body any food healthy or not weares it down slowly digestion procces is stessful and wastes energy,its all about how low calories you can get to while eating clean,im 68 kg 10 percent body fat and my maintince is 1200 calories so thays anti ageing.nobody can say they are anti ageing eating over 2k calories

This is very bad advice and you likely have many nutrient deficiencies that will age you more than simple digestive processes

nutrients is mainly a meme if you eat clean you get more then enough,your a typical brainwashed normie who thinks ' i will eat more food because it has more nutrients' its near impossible to be deficient,it all comes down to how many calories you eat when it comes to diet obv you need to eat clean but yeah over 1500 cals is over,my body runs so perfectly i dont sweat and i take a shit every 4-6 weeks

It's true. All food ages you because your body has to digest and process it. 33% of our energy everyday spent on that.

My eyes are brown and still are brown. They've lightened a few shades thanks to looksmaxxing and the primal diet. I've been looksmaxxing since 2021 and been on primal since august 2023. Been practicing NoFap since 2018.

CICO is bullshit. Quality of your food matters more than anything.
you can have the best quality of food but if its over 2000 you cant age good because its too much on the digestive system
