BMV = height x wrist size


for example:

5'9 is 69 inches. so 69 x 6" wrists = 414

6' is 72 inches. 72 x 7" wrists = 504

in your minds, some of you cope and tell yourselves that 5'9 is not that bad, just wear 2" lifts and you're golden, right? well as you can see, the first guy would need almost 25% more BMV to match the second guy. that's a MASSIVE difference
