Im 14 150 pounds chubby, i want to fill my frame out because currently all my weight is pretty much stored in my belly and my thighs right now. I dont want to go on a cut because i dont want to be a skinny twink but i dont want to bulk up to much and look even fatter. Right now im doing 2,500 cals 317 carbs 57g fat and 93g protein. I have no idea what im doing with this im not tapped into all the “knowledge” needed to accurately do this and need some advice.
