He started idealizing cartoon girls and later grappling with gender dysphoria, identifying as a woman trapped in a male body while rejecting traditional sexuality and expressing disgust toward men and sex. He even went out of his way to create his own posters with the characters (Mackenzie West, Ember McLain, Rachel Shadows, Froggy, and Sidney Secor) on it, animations, He referred to Mackenzie as the love of his life AND afterlife. He included that he "couldn't wait to hold her in his arms again"
By his mid-20s nigga had already lost it and created. Ember's Ghost Squad (EGS) fictional group of ghost girls based on Ember, convinced he would join them as a female ghost after death to terrorize others especially men. He documented his descent through diaries, videos, and animations, influenced by grief from friends' deaths, eating struggles. He was 127 lbs at 6'3 with slender man physique
and admiration for niggas like Eric Harris of Columbine. Another serial killer who also has equally insane lore
All these things started spiralling in randy's life. According to witness he started living a detached life and In early 2017, he acquired two Mossberg 500 shotguns and named them after EGS characters.
He was planning on a mass shooting at his Weis Markets workplace during an overnight shift, and outlined goals to kill, scare the world, and die in Aisle 1 while wearing a very specific attire including women's clothing and Ember inspired face paint.
On June 8, 2017, in Eaton Township, Pennsylvania, Randy blocked exits at the store, uploaded his journals and "suicide tapes," then killed three coworkers Victoria Brong (25, shot 4 times), Brian Hayes (47, shot 5 times), and Terry Lee Sterling (63, shot 2 times) firing 59 shots total before taking his own life with a shotgun to the head.
