Training Neck + Leanmaxxing?

I’ve been leanmaxxing for ~3 months and have lost about 40lbs, I have about 10 more to go until I’m satisfied. I’ve noticed my neck has gotten quite a bit skinnier tho.

Just wanted to see if training my neck while leanmaxxing is still gonna produce results despite not being in a caloric surplus. Thanks!

It may. Mine has gotten a little "fuller" even though I'm in a deficit.

Probably noobie gains

if u never trained neck it 100% will grow, just remember to try to add weight or reps everyworkout

You’re not going to grow in a deficit, unless a total noob.

im doing calorie 4000 maxing and neck training
im now 68kg and i want 75kg untill end of 2020

Lol you don’t need that much calories. 3000 is sufficient. And 7 kilos in 1 month is insane. Don’t do it.
 
Neck grows like a weed. It will get a bit bigger even in a deficit.

You’re not going to grow in a deficit, unless a total noob.
i was neckmaxxing like after one month after i started to leanmax and i was in high calorie deficit (about 700-1000) and i gained alot during 6 months of training it even though i was working out at gym and doing lots of lift that involve neck (dead lifts, rows etc) so i guess neck is completely different muscle.
 
Lol you don’t need that much calories. 3000 is sufficient. And 7 kilos in 1 month is insane. Don’t do it.

If you never trained neck you will gain unless you're doing water fasting/VLCD without sufficient protein, and even if you aren't getting pure inches on your neck you are basically doing high intensity training which will both burn energy and require energy to repair.

did you read what i wrote? i do a lot of litfs, i deadlift 200kg even tho i have bad bones proportions for this, i do shrugs 150kg and row 110kg these exercises have huge impact on neck so no im not a noob and still made my neck bigger on deficit by training it directly

Edit: and as i said before, he has nothing to lose by training his neck on deficit
