Holy fck I already have 95th percentile clavicles but after a planned gymceling for frame and low bf I managed to improve my frame even more.



All retard copers on here denying gym or muscles pill are just too low iq enough to not knowing how to rightfully approach how and where to put on muscles while maintain low bf for lean face.
