Training side delts HARD is the most important thing in training

You have to hammer frequency and volume on side lateral raises to look impressive. I swear my gym is filled with fat/skinnyfat guys who just bench and squat with half reps and look like shit for years. I'm 8 weeks into cycle and I mog the shit out of everyone around me because my delts are popping through ny tanktop like a rock hard dick

just do high frequency on all delt heads, big delts = most important to look good

doing variations of cable/db flies with high reps/low weight and low reps/ heavy weight is the best tbh

Ur delts are huge bc ur on gear bro. i dont even hit shoulders and mine are huge bc im on sarms. delts/traps grow the most when u take roids

prioritize upper body (and delts especially) if you gymcel

Started out with 10 lbs x10 to doing 30 lbs x10

Tbh I didn't train side delts when I was natty cuz I knew inherently the return on investment is too low if you're not on gear.
Legit I went from 19 inch Norwood to 20.5 in 3 months ever since starting lateral raises.
Started out with 10 lbs x10 to doing 30 lbs x10
Clean reps? Not bad. My first set is usually heavy so I use a lot of body english. Hit 45s for like 10-12 or something

thats bs, im natty and i almost had framecel like appearance. i train all delt heads twice and weak and my shoulders blew up

It was laziness on my part. If I had trained them during my dirty bulking days I would have developed nice delts once I cut down. But you look like shit when you're fat so didn't care anyway
 
Mostly natty. But I went on 6 weeks lgd which was kind of a failure due to poor sleep. I only added 10 pounds to bench and gained 4 pounds.
 
High rep low volume is pure cope.

Yeah it's laughable, he will Fuck his rotator cuff and it will all be for nothing. Once that shit pops out, it gets a taste for freedom.
